Rowdies entered house created terror in J/ Chankanai! Things – vehicle damaged!!

Yesterday night at about 10.00 a gang of swords armed rowdies entered a house in Chankanai and frightened the inmates of the house and created a terror scene by damaging the things in the house.

The particular gang of four arrived in 2 motor bikes damaged the doors of the house, water tank, a three-wheeler, water tap, chairs and tins of the fence by their swords.

When they left the house they lit the three-wheeler with fire and made it burning. When the three-wheeler was burning, the house inmates luckily made the plastic cover of the three-wheeler to draw it down and thereby the vehicle was little saved from burning completely.

Following this, this matter was taken to Manipay police station inquiries have been made to arrest and investigate the culprits.
