Asha Bhosle visits Lata Mangeshkar at Mumbai hospital, shares health update

As Lata Mangeshkar's health condition deteriorates, Asha Bhosle, Lata Mangeshkar's sister, was seen arriving at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital today, February 5, where the legendary singer is admitted, to pay her a visit.

"The doctor has said that she is stable now," Asha Bhosle told reporters after her visit to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital.

Apart from Asha Bhosle, filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar, Supriya Sule and Rashmi Thackeray were also seen arriving at the hospital to pay Lata Mangeshkar a visit. Earlier, it was reported that MNS chief Raj Thackeray had also rushed to visit Lata Mangeshkar at the hospital.

"We are praying that she should recover soon and become healthy quickly. We met her and doctors they said she is better now," said Union minister Piyush Goyal who also visited Lata Mangeshkar at the Breach Candy Hospital on Saturday.

As per the latest reports, Lata Mangeshkar’s health has deteriorated once again. The legendary singer will remain in the ICU under doctors’ observation. This news comes days after it was reported that her health was improving and that she was showing steady signs of improvement.

The latest statement regarding Lata Mangeshkar's health read: "Lata Didi’s health has worsened again. She is still in ICU and will be under the doctor's supervision. For the last 27 days, she has been admitted to the hospital and her treatment is going on."
