Indian PM Modi scheduled to visit SL in March

It is reported that the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka in March.

The BIMSTEC Summit is scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka in March and the Indian Prime Minister is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka to attend this summit.

Foreign Affairs Minister GL Peiris called on Indian Foreign Minister S. Jayashankar during his visit to India, and the Indian PM’s visit was also discussed during the meeting.

GL Peiris had also invited the Indian Foreign Minister to join the visit to Sri Lanka in March.
