Many affected by floods in Ratnapura and Kalutara

The Disaster Management Center said 2,352 individuals from 601 families in the Ratnapura and Kalutara Districts have been affected by floods and strong winds caused by the inclement weather experienced in Sri Lanka.

82 cases of partial damages were also reported from these Districts due to the prevailing weather condition.

The Center revealed that 73 of them were reported from the Ratnapura District and nine from the Kalutara District.
