Sri Lanka pays for anchored fuel ships

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) noted that payments have been made for three vessels that were anchored in the Port of Colombo.

The CPC announced that the unloading of fuel from the relevant vessels will commence today (16).

Accordingly, the respective vessels include 37,000 MT of Diesel, 100,000 Crude oil, and 20,000 MT of Petrol.

Meanwhile, on average 4,000 MT of Diesel and 3,000 MT of Petrol are distributed throughout the country, the CPC said.
