Maximum retail price for eggs gazetted

The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has issued a gazette notification imposing maximum retail price for eggs with effect from today. Accordingly, a white egg should be sold at Rs. 44 while a brown egg should be sold at Rs. 46.
