Moratuwa resident arrested for Rs. 40 Mn fraud

 The Criminal Investigations Department arrested a 34-year-old man for fraud.

Sri Lanka Police said that the suspect had doctored invoices to defraud approximately Rs. 40 Million from the private firm he was employed at.

The suspect is a resident of Moratuwa, and will be produced to the Mount Lavinia Magistrate's Court.
